Role Description The Accounting Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, including preparing and posting journal entries, assisting with the preparation and review of financial statements, and maintaining accurate ledgers and records. The Accounting Associate will reconcile accounts, support month-end and year-end closing activities, and assist with the implementation and use of accounting software and tools. The role includes collaborating with finance and operations teams, responding to internal queries, and helping ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies. The Accounting Associate will also contribute to process improvements that enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications • Candidates should possess skills in Financial Statements and Finance to support reporting and analysis. • Candidates should possess skills in Journal Entries (Accounting) and Accounting Software to manage daily transactions and system-based records. • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify discrepancies, and support decision-making. • Relevant academic background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (e.g., diploma or bachelor’s degree). • Familiarity with local accounting standards and basic regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia is beneficial. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Prior experience in an accounting or finance support role is an advantage.
