Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a فني تلوين اصباغ مباني ومبيعات based in Shuwaikh. The role involves preparing, mixing, and coloring building paints according to customer specifications and project requirements, ensuring accurate color matching and consistent quality. The team member will support customers in selecting appropriate paint types, finishes, and colors, providing product information and basic technical guidance. Daily tasks include operating and maintaining tinting equipment, monitoring stock levels, organizing paint inventories, and assisting with sales transactions and documentation. The role also includes coordinating with the warehouse and sales team to fulfill orders, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and following company safety and quality standards. Qualifications • Experience in color mixing, tinting, and paint application techniques for building finishes, with strong attention to detail and color accuracy. • Knowledge of construction and building materials, particularly paints and coatings, and ability to advise customers on product selection and usage. • Basic sales and customer service skills, including handling inquiries, supporting walk-in customers, and processing orders and transactions. • Ability to operate, calibrate, and maintain paint tinting machines and related equipment safely and efficiently. • Good communication skills in relevant local languages (Arabic and basic English preferred), and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Ability to stand for extended periods, handle paint containers safely, and follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines. • Previous experience in a paint shop, hardware store, or construction materials outlet is an advantage. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in paints, coatings, or construction materials is beneficial.
