Requirements

• • Proven experience in platform operations and IT service management

• • Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
• • Utilities, infrastructure, or asset-intensive industry experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead platform operations and technical management
• Drive IT Service Management (Incident, Problem, Change & Capacity Management)
• Manage enterprise applications, middleware, and integrations
• Oversee platform performance, security, and patch management
• Leverage AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency
• Manage vendors and managed service partners
• Support platform strategy, roadmap delivery, and continuous service improvement
