Area Manager – Fleet Management / Operations Location: Abu Dhabi Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee daily fleet and field operations across multiple locations, manage Operations Specialists, monitor KPIs, ensure fleet availability, and drive operational efficiency, safety, and service performance. Requirements: • 4–8 years of experience in operations, fleet management, logistics, mobility, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery. • Experience managing operational teams and field operations; multi-location experience preferred. • Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to monitor KPIs and drive operational improvements. • Mandatory: Valid driving license and own car. • Willingness to travel between operational locations. • UAE industry experience and a relevant bachelor’s degree are preferred.
