Solution Architect – Banking Systems Location: Dubai, UAE Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable) Industry: Banking & Financial Services Experience: 5+ years About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect for our banking client in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure and reliable technology solutions to support the bank's digital transformation and system integration initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Design end-to-end technology solutions for banking applications and platforms. • Develop solution architectures covering APIs, microservices, databases and system integrations. • Work on core banking, payments, digital banking and other enterprise banking systems. • Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, infrastructure teams and stakeholders. • Evaluate existing systems and recommend architecture improvements. • Support technology migrations and implementation projects. Requirements: • 5+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years in solution architecture. • Previous experience working within banking or financial services. • Strong understanding of core banking systems, payments and digital banking platforms. • Experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs and microservices architecture. • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), databases and integration technologies. • Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and security standards. • Strong stakeholder management and technical documentation skills.
