Warehouse Supervisor

We are currently looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure smooth, efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch. • Lead and coach warehouse staff to achieve performance and productivity targets. • Monitor stock accuracy and support inventory control processes. • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards. • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize space, cost, and efficiency. • Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams. Requirements: • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Good knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse procedures. • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
