WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR – FMCG

About the Role We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in our FMCG business. Location: Bahrain Department: Supply Chain / Warehouse Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 3–5 Years, preferably in FMCG Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch. • Ensure accurate inventory control, stock reconciliation, and timely system updates. • Implement FIFO/FEFO procedures to ensure proper stock rotation and minimize product expiry. • Monitor batch numbers, expiry dates, damaged goods, returns, and stock discrepancies. • Ensure customer and distributor orders are prepared accurately and dispatched on time. • Lead, allocate, and monitor the performance of warehouse staff. • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, safety, and optimal space utilization. • Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Distribution, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations. • Prepare regular reports on stock accuracy, warehouse productivity, damages, and operational performance. • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, health and safety requirements, and quality standards. Requirements • 3–5 years of warehouse experience, preferably within the FMCG industry. • Previous experience supervising warehouse teams. • Strong knowledge of inventory management, FIFO/FEFO, stocktaking, and expiry control. • Experience with ERP/WMS systems • Good leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse reporting. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet operational deadlines.
