Van Sales Supervisor

Role: Van Sales Supervisor Location: Across Saudi Arabia (KSA) No. of Vacancies: Several Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field • 3-5 years of experience in FMCG Van Sales within Traditional Trade • Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills • Good understanding of sales processes and customer needs • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Key Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise the Van Sales team to achieve assigned sales, volume, and distribution targets • Plan and manage daily routes and customer coverage to maximize productivity • Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions when needed • Ensure effective execution of route plans, productive visits, promotions, and trade activities • Coach, motivate, and develop Van Sales Representatives through regular field visits • Monitor sales productivity, strike rate, average invoice value, and SKU penetration • Ensure product availability, visibility, and execution excellence in the market • Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives • Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports About Binzagr CORO At Binzagr CORO, we bring refreshment to everyday life through familiar brands such as Suntop, Suncola and Sunquick.
