Business Development Specialist, Restaurant Partnerships | Riyadh (Part-time) About Pleny Pleny is a social app for food lovers. People use it to discover dishes and restaurants, follow food creators, find offers and order meals. In Saudi Arabia, we partner with restaurants to showcase them, share their offers and tell their stories. The role You’ll bring Riyadh’s restaurants onto Pleny. You’ll find them, reach the decision makers and convince them to partner with us. This is a part-time, field-based role in Riyadh only, and most of your work happens in person at restaurants across the city. What you’ll do • Get restaurants listed on the Pleny app, free of charge to them • Secure offers and Pleny-only exclusives for our users • Sign restaurants up for paid promotion packages • Bring restaurants into content programs such as Secret Menu Society, where we film on-site and feature them on YouTube, social media and the app • Build your own pipeline through field visits, Instagram, Google Maps, F&B groups, events and referrals • Reach owners, marketing managers and F&B group heads, not just the front desk • Hit monthly partnership targets, and keep partners happy so they renew and refer others • Share what you see in the market, such as dining trends and competitor offers, with our marketing team What you need • Based in Riyadh (this role is for Riyadh only) • 2+ years of business development, partnerships or merchant acquisition experience in Saudi Arabia • Experience in food & beverage, such as restaurants, food delivery, deal platforms or hospitality • Fluent Arabic and good English • Comfortable with cold outreach, walk-ins and hearing “no” often • Proactive and self-driven, able to manage your own schedule and targets • Good with people: friendly, respectful and trusted by restaurant owners • A Saudi driving license and your own car (strongly preferred) Nice to have • Existing contacts with Riyadh restaurants or F&B groups • Experience selling advertising, promotions or subscriptions to restaurants What we offer • Flexible, part-time hours • Commission for hitting partnership targets • Transport or car allowance • A chance to grow with a food-tech startup expanding in Saudi Arabia Show more Show less
