Role Description The Digital Specialist is a contract, on-site role based in Kuwait, responsible for managing and enhancing the restaurant’s digital presence. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, coordinating social media content, and monitoring online engagement and feedback. The role involves analyzing performance data, optimizing digital strategies to increase brand visibility and customer reach, and collaborating with the team to promote special offers, new menu items, and events. The Digital Specialist will also support basic content creation, maintain accurate online information about the restaurant, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret digital performance metrics and derive actionable insights. • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage with online audiences. • Candidates should possess Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing skills to plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns. • Candidates should possess Project Management skills to organize, prioritize, and deliver multiple digital initiatives on schedule. • Experience with social media platforms, basic content creation, and familiarity with online advertising tools is beneficial. • Ability to work on-site in Kuwait, maintain professionalism with guests and colleagues, and adapt to a fast-paced restaurant environment. • Prior experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or consumer-facing brands is an advantage.
