What You’ll Deliver • Conduct reliability assessments and failure analysis for HVAC systems, including Chillers, hydraulic networks, pumping system and BMS Systems. • Develop and implement reliability improvement plans to enhance asset performance and reduce downtime. • Lead root cause investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions. • Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimize maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle management. • Monitor health and performance trends through data analysis and reliability tools. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable airport operations. What You Bring • You should be educated to a bachelor’s degree in mechanical Engineer or related, acquired 5– 7 years of relevant & overall experience • You’ll have knowledge of equipment Criticality & risk-based maintenance approaches, such as FMECA, REM; Root Cause Analysis • You’ll have knowledge and experience in all HVAC related systems and asset classes. • You'll have strong understanding of reliability engineering principles, root cause analysis, and condition monitoring techniques. • You'll be proficiency in reliability tools and software systems.
