About Juspay Juspay is a leading multinational payments technology company, powering superior conversion rates, seamless customer experiences, cost optimization, and fraud reduction at scale for 500+ top global enterprises and banks. Founded in 2012, Juspay processes over 300 million transactions a day, with an annualized total payment volume (TPV) exceeding $1 trillion at 99.999% reliability. Headquartered in Bangalore, Juspay's global team of 1,200+ payments experts operates out of San Francisco, Dublin, São Paulo, and Singapore. Juspay's modular product suite for merchants spans payment orchestration, seamless authentication, tokenization, fraud & risk management, global payouts, reconciliation, and unified payment analytics — with white-label gateway and real-time payments infrastructure offerings for banks. Clients include Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Meta, and many other global enterprises, and Juspay's open-source orchestration platform, Hyperswitch, is extending that reach internationally. Join a team of engineers, and designers building the payments infrastructure that powers the global economy. About the Role Juspay is scaling across MENA. These are relationship markets — banks, enterprises, and PSPs decide how money moves in rooms, on stages, and through local payment rails that don't look like India or Europe. We need a Marketing Manager on the ground in Dubai to own that story end-to-end. This is a full-stack marketing seat. You sit with Business Development and Product, turn a complex payments stack into positioning that lands locally, and run the campaigns, events, content, and partner motion that create pipeline. You are not a specialist executing a calendar handed to you. You set the regional marketing plan, then ship it. If you are the blend of right and left brain — creative and analytical, sales and marketing — and you can craft narratives that work for a bank in Dubai as well as an enterprise across the GCC, this role is built for you. What You'll Do * Work closely with Business Development and Product to develop a deep understanding of the product and market, and convert it into positioning and messaging that resonates with MENA buyers and differentiates Juspay. * Build and run market-specific demand generation across SEO, paid, events, webinars, and partner co-marketing. * Own the regional events surface: industry conferences (e.g. Seamless Middle East, local payments and banking summits), Juspay-hosted gatherings, and bank/PSP co-marketing activations. * Own the content charter for the region: sales enablement, product videos, website localisation, newsletters, blogs, customer case studies, and whitepapers, working with global content, design, and PMMs. * Drive product evangelisation through PR, channel marketing, events, and conferences — getting Juspay into the conversations that matter with CXOs, product leaders, and engineering teams. * Manage external vendors and agency partners (PR, events, creative, media) for quality and timeline, without lowering the bar. * Define post-campaign evaluation: what sourced or influenced the pipeline, what didn't, and what we stop doing. * Partner with the global marketing team in Bangalore and with regional counterparts (EU, US, Brazil, APAC) so MENA stays consistent with the Juspay brand while sounding local. * Travel across MENA as needed for events, customer conversations, and on-ground execution. Must-Have Qualities * Based in Dubai (this role is on the ground, not remote from India). * 2-5 years of product marketing, growth, or full-stack B2B marketing experience, preferably in Enterprise SaaS, fintech, or payments. * Knowledge of the international payments market is not mandatory. * High curiosity index, with an eye for differentiation and quality. * Ease working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across BD, Product, Sales, Design, and Leadership to grow product adoption in international markets. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to turn a technical payments product into a story a banker, a CTO, and a merchant all understand. * Ability to carve out actionable, data-driven insights to shape product and marketing strategy. * Metrics-driven and analytical; proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results through self and others. * Ability to execute through internal and external stakeholders while holding a high bar on quality. * Ability to flex with business needs: copywriting, content, design, events, and whatever else the quarter actually requires. * Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time across multiple markets in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to travel across MENA for on-site execution. * Use AI judiciously, with an eye for taste & judgement.
