Based in Dubai or London, this is a hands-on senior role. You will own the marketing calendar day to day, work closely with sales to generate and nurture pipeline, and may manage one or two marketing executives or specialists alongside external agencies. Key Responsibilities Strategy Execution & Planning • Translate Payfuture’s go-to-market strategy into detailed quarterly marketing plans, budgets and campaign calendars. • Deliver marketing activity targeting merchants and clients seeking payment gateway services, cross-border solutions and banking services. • Balance quick-win campaigns with longer-term brand-building activity, in line with the roadmap set by the Head of Marketing. • Manage and develop junior marketing team members, freelancers and agencies, setting clear briefs and quality standards. Brand & Communications • Apply Payfuture’s positioning as a leader in emerging-market payments consistently across all channels and materials. • Develop creative campaign ideas, channels and partnerships that help Payfuture stand out from industry norms. • Coordinate PR and media activity with agency partners, including press releases, media opportunities and announcements. • Produce thought leadership content for Payfuture’s leadership team, including articles, LinkedIn content and speaking material. Campaigns & Demand Generation • Plan and run integrated B2B campaigns across digital, paid media, email, social and events. • Own the website, SEO and performance marketing activity, optimising for qualified lead generation. • Create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers and product collateral. • Work with the sales team to improve lead quality, nurture prospects and accelerate pipeline. • Manage Payfuture’s presence at industry events, from booth and collateral to pre- and post-event campaigns. Market Insight & Reporting • Research target industries, merchant segments and regions to identify short-term opportunities and longer-term strategic markets. • Track competitor activity, industry trends and regulatory changes, and share insights with marketing and sales. • Report on campaign performance, marketing-sourced pipeline and ROI, and recommend improvements based on the data. Qualifications & Experience • 6–9 years’ experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2–3 years at manager level, ideally within fintech, payments or financial services. • Proven track record of planning and delivering integrated campaigns that generate measurable pipeline. • Hands-on expertise in digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, email, social and marketing automation. • Strong content and copywriting skills, with experience producing thought leadership and sales enablement material. • Experience coordinating PR, events and agency partners. • Comfortable with data: able to track performance, report on ROI and make decisions from campaign results. • Experience working across international or emerging markets, with an understanding of cultural nuances. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing or mentoring junior team members. • Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
