Farm Manager (Agriculture)

Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Farm Manager to oversee agricultural operations in Al Qassim Region, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in farming practices, crop management, and team leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker who can enhance productivity while maintaining sustainable practices. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily farm operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to agricultural best practices. • Develop and implement crop management plans, including planting schedules, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control. • Monitor and evaluate crop health, soil conditions, and weather patterns to optimize yield. • Manage and train farm staff, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. • Maintain accurate records of production, labor, and expenses, providing regular reports to stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards. • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality seeds, fertilizers, and equipment. • Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements in farming techniques. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in farm management or a similar role. • Strong understanding of agronomy, soil science, and farm machinery. • Proven leadership and team management skills. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
