Accounts Receivables Officer

Position Title: Accounts Receivables Officer Employment Type: Full Time Salary: depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Al Jubail, KSA About the Client: A well-established global supplier, based in Saudi Arabia that produces all types of high-quality tissue grades through cutting-edge production with superior quality standards. Job Description: • Prepare, verify and process customer invoices accurately. • Monitor accounts receivable aging, track outstanding balances, proactively follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collections. • Prepare regular collection reports, receivables aging summaries and outstanding payment reports. • Maintain accurate customer accounts, invoices, receipts, and payment records using SAP/ERP systems. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of GCC experience in Accounts Receivable (AR); candidates from any industry are welcome. • Strong proficiency in SAP or a comparable ERP accounting system. • Ability to process at least 200 invoices per month accurately and efficiently.
