Wholesale & B2B Sales Manager

Dubai, United Arab Emirates · On-site · Full-time ABOUT MANEL MANEL is a Dubai luxury fashion house founded in 2019, uniting French silhouettes with Gulf modesty and presence. Our occasion wear is made in our own production facility in Dubai and is stocked at Harvey Nichols (Kuwait, Doha, Riyadh), Galeries Lafayette Doha, Ounass and Tryano. THE ROLE You will own MANEL's wholesale business. Your first priority is to grow sell-through with our existing partners and open new doors in Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Selective international expansion follows once the regional base is strong. WHAT YOU WILL DO Grow existing partners • Manage relationships with our department store and e-commerce partners: sell-through reporting, replenishment, assortment reviews and seasonal buy planning. • Recommend the right assortment for each partner so stock sells through and returns to vendor stay low. Open new doors • Secure new multi-brand boutiques, department stores and concept stores, starting with Riyadh, Jeddah and the wider GCC. • Prepare tailored proposals, line sheets and buyer presentations for each market. • Represent MANEL at regional fashion weeks, trade events, trunk shows and private buyer appointments. Run the full wholesale cycle • Lead prospecting, pitching, negotiation, order confirmation and follow-up. • Agree pricing, margins, payment terms and delivery schedules with the Finance team before committing. • Share order forecasts with Production early, so we produce to demand and avoid overstock. • Follow up on collections from partners together with Finance. Market intelligence • Track buying calendars and align collection launches with key wholesale windows, including Ramadan, Eid and wedding season. • Build a network of buyers, stylists, showrooms and PR contacts relevant to wholesale growth. HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED • Wholesale revenue against target • Sell-through rate by partner • New doors opened, especially in Saudi Arabia • Partner returns to vendor • Days to collect payment from partners MANEL Fashion L.L.C · Dubai, United Arab Emirates 2 WHAT YOU BRING • 5+ years in wholesale or B2B sales for luxury or premium fashion, with a proven record in the GCC. • Established relationships with buyers in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. • Strong negotiation, commercial and relationship skills; comfortable with margins, terms and forecasts. • Fluent English. Arabic is strongly preferred given our Saudi partners; French is a plus. • Able to travel frequently within the GCC, particularly to Saudi Arabia.
