Senior Financial Analyst- FP&A and Commercial Finance

📍 Location: UAE 👤 Reporting to: Group CFO 💰 Salary: AED 20,000–25,000 + Medical Insurance, Visa & Air Ticket for self only Bonus: Not applicable An opportunity for a high-performing Senior Financial Analyst to step into a broader, more senior finance role with exposure to senior management and commercial decision-making. We are looking for a CA-qualified Senior Financial Analyst with strong UAE experience and expertise in FP&A, financial modelling and business analysis. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and advanced Excel skills, with the ability to support senior management in financial and commercial decision-making. Responsibilities: • Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities. • Prepare management reports, performance analysis and financial dashboards. • Develop and maintain financial models for business planning and decision-making. • Analyse financial performance, variances, trends and key business drivers. • Provide commercial insights and recommendations to senior management. • Evaluate investments, projects and business opportunities through financial feasibility and investment appraisal. • Support pricing, commercial proposals and business case analysis. • Conduct scenario, sensitivity and profitability analysis to support decision-making. • Monitor key financial metrics, cash flow and working capital. • Support financial reporting, controls, audit and compliance requirements. • Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve revenue, margins, profitability and ROI. Key Requirements • CA – mandatory. • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience. • Currently working as a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Analyst or similar role. • Strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. • Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modelling capabilities. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills. • Strong understanding of financial statements and management reporting. • Ability to translate financial data into clear commercial insights and recommendations. • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Good to Have • Experience in investment appraisal / investment analysis. • Exposure to pricing, commercial proposals or business cases. • Experience evaluating investments, projects or expansion opportunities. • UAE Corporate Tax and VAT knowledge. • Experience with ERP, BI or financial reporting tools.
