Client Services Manager – Fit-Out & Joinery

About Tripod Tripod is a design, build, joinery and fit-out company delivering retail, luxury, F&B, hospitality and commercial projects for international brands and developers across the UAE and KSA. The Role You will be the bridge between our clients and our delivery teams. This is not a sales role. You will make sure every project starts on realistic terms, runs with clear expectations on both sides, and ends with a client who comes back. You manage the process actively; you don’t hand things over and wait. What You Will Do • Own every lead through to award. Take ownership of all leads from our digital platforms and those passed on by the Founder or CEO. Make sure the client is contacted promptly, and manage communication from estimation through award and onward into delivery. • Set realistic expectations from day one. Before a timeline is committed, work with the Head of Projects or the assigned PM to understand where the project really stands. Together, agree a pragmatic plan the delivery team can achieve. Manage the client’s expectations upfront and negotiate clearly, so there is no confusion later. • Work hand in hand with Project Managers during delivery. Keep communication between site and client clear and timely, and negotiate practical solutions that protect both quality and the programme. • Site visits and progress reviews. Conduct site visits, inspections and progress reviews wherever required. • Approvals and documentation. Coordinate client approvals, submissions and project-related documentation, fully aligned with the PM team. • Manage risk. Spot issues before they become delays or disputes, and agree a mitigation plan with the client and the internal team. • Manage roll-out and new accounts. Own the plan for multi-store and repeat clients, keep upcoming projects visible, and keep delivery consistent. • Revive dormant accounts. Reconnect with clients who stopped working with us, understand what went wrong, and win them back. • Build lasting relationships. Earn the client’s trust through every project, so it leads to repeat business and referrals. • Protect the relationship when things go wrong. If delivery slips, lead the recovery plan and keep the client informed throughout. • Own billing and receivables. Make sure invoices go out on time and progress payments are received in line with site progress. Keep a clear, chaseable record of every claim, approval and client-side delay, so projects never stall over non-payment. • Keep a live project register. Maintain a methodical record of every live project, whether at estimation or in execution, with current status, next steps and owner, so the pipeline is always visible to management. What We Are Looking For • A background in architecture, interior design or project management in fit-out, joinery or construction, ideally 8+ years • A strong retail fit-out background is preferred, with a fair understanding of hospitality and commercial projects • A solid understanding of the fit-out process, including approvals and design criteria, site surveys, concept-to-detail design development, production and handover • Experience managing brand, retailer or developer clients; roll-out experience is a strong plus • A strong negotiator who can reach pragmatic agreements with clients and internal teams without giving away quality, margin or timeline • Methodical and organised, with disciplined record-keeping and follow-up • Clear, structured communication in English; Arabic is a plus • KSA market experience preferred Why Join Us You will help build the client services function at a growing regional company, working directly with senior leadership. How to Apply Send your CV and a short note on one project you set up or rescued, and how you did it. Show more Show less
