Joinery Estimator

The Role We are looking for an experienced Joinery Estimator to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of joinery manufacturing and fit-out projects, with the ability to prepare accurate, competitive, and commercially viable cost estimates. Key Responsibilities • Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements. • Prepare detailed BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates for joinery and fit-out projects. • Calculate material, hardware, labour, production, and installation costs. • Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations. • Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and project teams. • Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions. • Support tender submissions and ensure pricing accuracy and profitability. Requirements • 4 –6 years of proven experience in joinery estimation, preferably in bespoke joinery, luxury retail, or interior fit-out. • Strong ability to read and interpret technical and CAD drawings. • Good knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, hardware, and manufacturing processes. • Proficiency in Excel and relevant estimating or ERP software. • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Relevant technical qualification or equivalent practical experience.
