Procurement Associate

Description Mnzil is a fast-growing proptech company in Riyadh providing integrated workforce services (housing, transportation, catering and building operations) across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. We prepare housing units for our clients, and every riyal we save on furniture and building supplies counts. As Procurement Associate, you will be on the ground in the market, including Haraj Ibn Qasim, finding the best prices, quality and suppliers for the units we prepare. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain or a related field • Experience in purchasing, sourcing or retail is a plus; fresh graduates welcome • Strong negotiator who knows the local market • Comfortable working in the field across Riyadh • Fluent in Arabic Roles And Responsibilities • Source furniture and building supplies at the best price and quality • Visit suppliers and markets in person, compare offers and negotiate • Build and maintain a reliable list of suppliers • Coordinate purchases and deliveries with the Operations and Project Delivery teams • Keep clear records of quotes, purchases and savings Show more Show less
