Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This position is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns that promote Raucaria’s interior decoration services, including digital, social media, and offline initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing content and collateral, managing social media channels, coordinating with designers and project teams to showcase completed projects, and tracking campaign performance. The Marketing Specialist will conduct market research, support brand positioning, maintain the company’s online presence, and help organize events or promotions targeting potential clients. Collaboration with sales and operations is essential to ensure consistent messaging and effective lead generation. Qualifications • Strong skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning. • Experience with digital marketing tools, social media management, and basic analytics or reporting. • Ability to create clear, compelling marketing content and visual briefs in alignment with brand guidelines. • Competence in market research, competitor analysis, and translating insights into actionable marketing plans. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and deadlines. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Prior experience in interior design, decoration, architecture, or related industries is an advantage. • Proficiency in English; fluency in Arabic is highly beneficial for local market engagement.
