Studio Meshary AlNassar is looking for a certified Project Manager with a strong understanding of architecture and interior design, excellent organisational skills, and a confident, polished client-facing presence. We are seeking a sharp, charismatic, and approachable professional who can lead project coordination, manage stakeholder relationships, and represent the Studio with confidence and professionalism. Key Responsibilities • Oversee project progress, production, execution, and deliverables. • Coordinate with design teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. • Manage project timelines, priorities, and overall coordination. • Lead initial client meetings and introduce the Studio professionally. • Identify and resolve project-related issues efficiently. • Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate solutions where required. • Represent the Studio with confidence, professionalism, and sound judgment. The Ideal Candidate • Background in architecture, interior design, or a related field. • Mandatory recognised project management certification (PMP or equivalent). • Strong technical knowledge and project management skills. • Sharp, assertive, highly organised, and detail-oriented. • Charismatic, sociable, approachable, and professionally polished. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Proactive, solution-oriented, and confident in client-facing situations. • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. • Attested educational certificates with MOHESR recognition/equivalency, where applicable.
