Quality and Patient Safety Specialist

Department: Quality and Patient Safety About the Role Join Al Salama Hospital’s Quality team to monitor and improve quality of care and patient safety across the hospital. You will drive improvement initiatives, support risk management and accreditation readiness, and build a strong culture of safety. Key Responsibilities • Develop and monitor quality indicators and lead improvement initiatives. • Conduct RCA and FMEA, and manage incident reporting and follow-up. • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and support survey readiness. • Train staff and lead safety huddles and awareness campaigns. • Analyze data and prepare reports for committees and regulatory bodies. Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s in a clinical healthcare field with CPHQ or an equivalent certification (Master’s or postgraduate diploma in Quality Management is a plus). • Experience: 3+ years in healthcare quality or patient safety, including JCI accreditation experience.
