Regional Head of Human Resources

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a growing business based in Dubai to hire a Regional Head of HR to lead its people strategy and scale its HR function. This is is a strategic, hands-on leadership role for someone with a proven track record of building and transforming HR functions in fast-growing organisations. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement the HR strategy across multiple regions. • Lead compensation and benefits, employee relations, talent management and L&D. • Drive organisational design, workforce planning and HR transformation. • Establish HR policies, governance and compliance across international markets. • Build and develop the HR team across the UAE and overseas. Requirements • 15+ years experience in Human Resources. • Experience leading HR regionally, with GCC experience a must • Proven ability to build and scale HR functions in fast-growing businesses. • A strong track record in transformation. • Experience supporting large workforces. • A commercially minded, strategic and hands-on leader This is a confidential opportunity.
