WE'RE HIRING | PROCUREMENT OFFICER - ODOO ERP | DUBAI, UAE Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 3,500 - 4,500 per month Experience: 2+ Years | Automotive / Technical Industry Language: Arabic & English - MANDATORY ERP: Odoo ERP - Procurement Module - MANDATORY Preference: Dubai / UAE-based candidates The Opportunity We are looking for a skilled Procurement Officer with hands-on Odoo ERP experience to manage purchasing, supplier coordination, RFQs, purchase orders and material availability for a leading automotive company in Dubai. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end procurement through Odoo ERP • Handle RFQs, Purchase Orders and Vendor Bills • Source suppliers and negotiate pricing and delivery terms • Maintain vendor records and evaluate supplier performance • Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse and Finance • Monitor inventory and ensure timely material availability Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement or Business Administration • Minimum 2 years experience in automotive / technical industry • Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP Procurement Module • Mandatory: Arabic and English communication skills • Strong negotiation, vendor management and coordination skills • Candidates currently based in Dubai/UAE preferred Work Location: Dubai, UAE.
