WE'RE HIRING | JUNIOR PROCUREMENT OFFICER - ODOO - ARABIC MUST - DUBAI Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Leading Automotive Company Experience: 1-2 Years Salary: AED 3,000 - 4,000/month Language: Arabic & English - MANDATORY Preference: UAE Candidates About The Role We are looking for a Junior Procurement Officer (Arabic Must) to support our procurement operations in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for Arabic speaking professionals with experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or vendor coordination. Key Responsibilities • Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations • Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) & Purchase Orders (POs) • Follow up with suppliers and ensure timely deliveries • Coordinate procurement requirements with internal departments in Arabic & English • Maintain accurate supplier records and procurement documentation • Coordinate with Stores for inventory replenishment • Support supplier evaluation and cost optimization • Handle ERP / Odoo procurement activities • Ensure compliance with procurement procedures • Communicate with Arabic speaking vendors and local suppliers What We're Looking For • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration • 1-2 years of relevant procurement / purchasing experience • MANDATORY: Fluent in Arabic - Reading, Writing, Speaking • UAE experience is preferred • Automotive, engineering, manufacturing or industrial experience is an advantage • Strong vendor management & negotiation skills in Arabic & English • Experience with PR/PO processing • Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel • ERP / Odoo knowledge is an advantage • Strong planning, communication and organizational skills READY FOR YOUR NEXT CAREER MOVE?
