Construction Manager - Civil | Oil & Gas (ADNOC Experience Mandatory)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Industry: Oil & Gas / Construction Employment Type: Full-Time | Long-Term Salary: AED 18,000–25,000 per month Experience: Minimum 8 Years Work Schedule: Long-term employment involving 5-month offshore assignments followed by 1 month of paid leave. We are hiring an experienced Construction Manager - Civil for a leading Oil & Gas company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have a Civil Engineering background, proven ADNOC project experience, and strong expertise in construction project management, from mobilization through completion. Key Responsibilities • Plan, manage and oversee construction activities from project initiation to completion. • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and execution strategies. • Develop project schedules, monitor milestones and manage critical paths. • Prepare project budgets, estimate resources and control project costs. • Manage site teams, Project Engineers, subcontractors, manpower and equipment. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and government authorities. • Oversee Abu Dhabi Civil Defence certifications and re-certification processes. • Identify project risks, manage scope changes and implement contingency plans. • Prepare project progress reports, documentation and management presentations. • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements and company IMS procedures. Mandatory Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. • Minimum 8 years of relevant construction experience. • Proven ADNOC project experience. • Demonstrated experience managing civil construction projects and project teams. • Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation and subcontractor management. • Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills. • Willingness to work offshore for 5 months followed by 1 month of paid leave. Technical Skills & Certifications • AutoCAD • Primavera or equivalent project management software • Microsoft Office • Risk Management & Internal Controls • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Strong project reporting and documentation skills Important: This position is strictly for candidates with a Civil Engineering background and ADNOC project experience.
