Sales Assistant cum Driver – Dubai (Full-time) Maison Azure is a Dubai-based design and technical services company, led by a female founder. Our brands include La Belle Maison (luxury wall murals and wallpaper) and Yacht IQ (yacht refit and interiors). We are looking for a friendly, organised Sales Assistant who is also a confident driver, to support the founder with clients, sales and the daily running of the business. What you will do • Support sales: follow up with clients on WhatsApp and phone, share designs and samples, book appointments and keep the client list up to date. • Visit clients' homes and project sites to take wall measurements and photos and send a short report (full training provided). • Help clients choose designs and show samples, presenting the brand in a warm, professional way. • Drive the founder to the office, client meetings and appointments in the company car, starting and ending the working day on Palm Jumeirah. • Run business errands: banks, typing centres (Amer/Tasheel), courier offices, collecting and delivering documents, samples and materials. • Basic admin: emails, quotes and receipts filing, updating simple spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and looking after the company car (fuel, Salik, servicing). What we are looking for • You live in the UAE. Candidates on their own residence visa (e.g. family/spouse or Golden visa) are preferred; a company visa can be provided for the right candidate. • Valid UAE driving licence and confident, safe driving in Dubai (a short test drive is part of the process). • Good spoken and written English; Arabic or other languages are a plus. • A natural with people: friendly, well presented and comfortable talking to clients. • Comfortable with a smartphone, WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets/Excel and online forms. • Experience in sales, retail, showroom, customer service or as an assistant is an advantage, but not required. • Organised, punctual and discreet. Able to provide a police good-conduct certificate and 2 references. Working hours and location • Daytime only: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 18:00, including a 1-hour break. Sundays off. Any overtime is paid according to UAE Labour Law. • The working day starts and ends on Palm Jumeirah at least 5 days a week. You arrange your own commute to and from Palm Jumeirah. What we offer • Salary AED 4,000–5,500 per month (all-inclusive), depending on experience. • Medical insurance; company visa available if needed. • Annual leave and end-of-service benefits according to UAE Labour Law. • Working directly with the founder in a small, design-led team – varied work, no two days the same.
