Guest Relations Agent Location: The Palm, Dubai, UAE Industry: International Branded Resort Basic Salary: AED 2,500 per month We are looking for a friendly and professional Guest Relations Agent to join an international branded resort on the Palm. The ideal candidate will provide a warm welcome and attentive service throughout each guest's stay. Key Responsibilities • Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out • Respond to guest enquiries and provide helpful information about the resort and its facilities • Handle guest requests and coordinate with other hotel departments • Answer calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate team • Help resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly • Deliver attentive service and maintain a welcoming, professional presence Requirements • Good English communication skills • German, Spanish, Chinese or French language skills are preferred • Previous hotel, front office or guest relations experience is an advantage • Strong communication and customer service skills • Professional, presentable and flexible to work shifts Package Includes • Basic salary of AED 2,500 per month • Shared accommodation • Transportation • Employment visa • Medical insurance • Meals Show more Show less
