Key Responsibilities • Stock & Vault Management: Receive, verify, and log incoming shipments of loose stones, finished pieces, and packaging materials against purchase orders. • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, tag, and securely package jewelry orders for retail stores, wholesale clients, or e-commerce customers. • Inventory Control: Conduct daily/weekly cycle counts and stock audits using basic ERP systems or MS Excel. • Security & Compliance: Adhere strictly to high-value asset security protocols, vault sign-in/sign-out rules, and loss-prevention measures. • Returns Processing: Inspect, log, and securely store returned or exchanged jewelry items. • Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the packing and storage areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
