Product Recovery Coordinator

Product Recovery Coordinator Job Objective Manage and follow up on product maintenance, repair, and refurbishment requests, coordinating with workshops and technicians to ensure all repair activities are completed on time and according to quality standards. Monitor product conditions and ensure they are ready for reuse or resale in line with company standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Maintenance Request Management • Receive and follow up on product maintenance requests from relevant departments. • Assess product conditions and determine the required maintenance or repairs in coordination with specialists. • Track maintenance requests from product receipt through completion of repair work. • Regularly update request statuses and ensure proper closure upon completion. 2. Workshop and Technician Coordination • Coordinate with internal and external workshops to carry out maintenance and repair activities. • Monitor workshop performance and ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards. • Track repair costs and report any issues or delays to management. • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the availability of spare parts and required maintenance materials. 3. Product Refurbishment and Recovery • Monitor damaged or returned products and assess their potential for repair and refurbishment. • Coordinate refurbishment and repair activities to restore product quality and appearance. • Inspect repaired products to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for resale or reuse. • Contribute to reducing waste and maximizing the recovery of repairable products. 4. Monitoring and Reporting • Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, product conditions, and repair costs. • Prepare periodic reports on completed, pending, and delayed requests. • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to maintenance processes. • Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications & Requirements • Previous experience in maintenance coordination, workshop management, or operational activities, preferably in the furniture industry. • Good knowledge of furniture maintenance, product repairs, and refurbishment processes. • Strong organizational, follow-up, and coordination skills. • Ability to prioritize maintenance requests and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and order tracking systems. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
