Important: Experience with Oracle Fusion, Opera PMS, Simphony POS, and spa management systems is required. Previous experience integrating these systems with ERP platforms is essential to this role. About the Opportunity About the Job You'll join a Middle East-based systems integrator delivering technology solutions for major enterprise and government projects. The company specializes in critical digital infrastructure, security operations, cloud solutions, and technology integration across multiple industries. As Technical Project Manager, you'll work directly on-site in Dubai, leading the implementation and integration of enterprise systems for a hospitality client. You'll be responsible for coordinating technical teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring that interconnected platforms work reliably together. What You'll Do • Lead the end-to-end implementation and integration of Oracle Fusion ERP within a hospitality environment. • Manage integrations between Oracle Fusion and hotel applications, including Opera PMS, Simphony POS, and spa management systems. • Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability across platforms. • Oversee project planning, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables throughout the implementation lifecycle. • Serve as the primary on-site liaison between the client, technical teams, and other project stakeholders. • Identify and resolve technical and integration challenges involving hotel applications and enterprise systems. • Monitor implementation progress and ensure delivery meets client requirements, timelines, and quality standards. Required Qualifications • Oracle Fusion: Extensive experience managing Oracle Fusion ERP implementations and integrations. • Opera PMS: Professional experience with Opera Property Management System in a hotel environment. • Simphony POS: Professional experience with Oracle Simphony Point-of-Sale systems. • Spa management systems: Experience with spa applications used in hospitality operations. • Hospitality industry: Previous experience managing technical projects or systems integrations for hotels or hospitality groups. • ERP integrations: Proven experience integrating hotel applications with ERP platforms, ideally across the systems listed above. • Technical project management: A strong track record of delivering complex IT implementation projects, coordinating technical teams, and managing client stakeholders. • On-site availability: Ability to work full-time at the client's location in Dubai for the duration of the project. Nice to Have • Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation projects for luxury hotels or enterprise hospitality groups. • A recognized project management certification.
