IT Project Manager – Oracle ERP Transformation

About the Role We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage a digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, ERP implementations, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and initiation through implementation, testing, deployment, and go-live. • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation. • Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, implementation partners, and vendors. • Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. • Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management. • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical deliverables. • Oversee testing, data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, and go-live activities. • Ensure project delivery in accordance with agreed timelines, quality standards, and governance frameworks. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field. • 5–10 years of experience in IT project management. • Proven experience managing ERP implementation or digital transformation projects. • Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. • Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholders, and delivery teams. • Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • PMP certification is preferred. • Oracle ERP migration or implementation experience is a strong advantage.
