Supply Chain Manager

Job Title: Manager – Supply Chain Management Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and coordinate all logistics functions, including procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, and supplier coordination. This role is critical to ensuring operational readiness and logistical efficiency across aviation maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the principal advisor to maintenance leadership on logistics strategy and planning. • Oversee supply chain operations including forecasting, procurement, warehouse, and inventory control. • Develop and implement logistics policies and procedures to ensure compliance and performance. • Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations including transport and distribution. • Supervise supply operations to ensure accountability, timely delivery, and regulatory compliance. • Coordinate logistics requirements with internal departments to support operational needs. • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency. • Oversee storage procedures, inventory adjustments, and warehouse maintenance. • Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to logistics and warehouse personnel. • Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for critical supply support. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field. • Certified logistics training from a recognized civilian or military institution. • Minimum 15 years of logistics experience, including 6+ years in a Managerial role. • Background in aviation or military logistics • Strong knowledge of supply systems, inventory control, and warehousing processes. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office tools.
