Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Manager who can drive performance, standardize operations, and support the growth of our multi-brand business. Role Overview The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple branches, ensuring consistency, quality, cost efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is a high-level manager with strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, capable of managing details while maintaining a clear strategic overview. Key Responsibilities * Manage operations across multiple branches, ensuring consistent standards and performance. * Maintain brand standards, store appearance, customer experience, and operational consistency across all locations. * Drive strong inventory control, stock management, cost control, and waste reduction. * Implement and monitor SOPs, quality assurance, and service standards. * Lead teams, monitor KPIs, and improve operational efficiency and profitability. * Identify operational gaps, analyze problems, and implement practical solutions. * Support new openings, business expansion, and operational improvements. * Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations. * Maintain compliance with food safety, health, safety, and UAE regulations. Candidate Requirements * Proven experience managing multiple branches within F&B, hospitality, or a similar industry. * Excellent organizational and management skills, with strong critical thinking and analytical abilities. * Strong attention to detail, particularly in store presentation, brand consistency, and customer experience. * Excellent inventory control, cost management, and quality assurance capabilities. * Fast learner who adapts quickly to new concepts, systems, and challenges. * Strong leadership skills, accountability, and the ability to manage teams effectively. * Ambitious, proactive, and hungry to deliver exceptional results and grow with the company. * Flexible to work across different locations and Emirates, including weekends and evenings when required. * Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, operational reporting, and SOP implementation. * A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
