Lead Industrial Security Engineer – Al Khobar (Corporate Office) Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities • Coordinate with Senior Industrial Security Engineers to ensure proper implementation of project designs. • Lead and guide engineers within the industrial security discipline. • Prepare and review engineering studies, design drawings, calculations, and technical documents. • Develop material and equipment specifications. • Resolve industrial security engineering issues using accepted principles, codes, and standards. • Analyze problems and identify critical factors for investigation. • Organize and conduct technical investigations and analysis. • Participate in developing new industrial security engineering methods. • Provide expert advice on design processes and construction methods. • Approve major changes in specifications, plans, work techniques, and materials. • Determine and schedule work priorities. • Prepare engineering proposals and cost estimates. • Ensure implementation of quality plans. Authority / Leadership Responsibilities • Provide technical guidance to team members. • Recommend staffing solutions, training, and development opportunities. • Organize and supervise large teams or specialized engineering groups. • Contribute to performance evaluations and staffing recommendations. • Ensure accountability for unit deliverables. • Approve timesheets. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and registered as a professional engineer. • Minimum 15 years of significant experience in oil & gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure projects. • Recognized specialist in industrial security engineering for large to mega projects. • Strong knowledge of industrial security engineering practices, economic principles, calculation methods, design details, international codes, standards, and specifications. • Excellent communication skills. • Valid Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification.
