Financial Job Dimensions Degree of supervision Close Supervision over production & Installation activities Level of Authority Low Authority over daily functional operation Purpose of the Job Responsible to perform quality inspection in PIO operation, specifically, in vehicles check installed accessory (function & appearance) that conforms desirable standard i.e. conform accessories at specified check point, are OK for customer use as per designed procedure. Key Accountabilities: Description On time perform quality inspection as per desirable standard Defects data registration Zero defect pass from inspection stage Key Accountabilities: Performance Indicators Product Evaluation Installation quality index Installation warranty (PPM) Major Activities Perform quality inspection at designated place as per define procedure, i.e. Final inspection Timely data Entry in JSAP, for production fulfilment & timely deliveries to customer Register billing in JSAP against each accessory label Back job Reporting to supervisor (If vehicle has issue which cannot repair online than they have to report it as back job) Perform random Inspection Fulfill Inspection check sheet, as per designed SOP Perform NVH- Noice vibration & harness Testing Job Context • The job has direct impact over ensuring accessories functions & appearance quality. • The job has direct impact over finish good quality defects. Work as filter to pass on good quality products to customer Framework, Boundaries & Decision Making Authority • The job holder has the freedom to discuss any job-related issue to his supervisor • The job holder has the freedom to share improvement suggestions for inspection criteria. • The job holder has the authority to pass or fail the product as per defined SOP Organizational / Functional Strategic Focus • The job holder has a fundamental role for quality operation to perform final check of product. • The job has a crucial supporting role in ensuring the accessories quality for end customer.
