Interim Head of Human Resources

We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of Human Resources with strong US market experience to support a well-established international organisation on an assignment of up to six months. Working closely with executive leadership, the successful candidate will provide strategic HR leadership across organisational design, talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, and change initiatives. This role requires a seasoned HR leader who can quickly establish credibility, influence senior stakeholders, and guide the people agenda during a period of transition. Candidates should bring significant HR leadership experience within complex, multinational organisations, alongside a strong understanding of US employment practices and workforce matters.
