Role Description The Service Crew role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Riyadh Region. The Service Crew member is responsible for welcoming guests, guiding them to their tables, presenting menus, and answering questions about food and beverages. Daily tasks include taking orders accurately, serving food and drinks promptly, maintaining table cleanliness, and ensuring that the dining area is tidy and well-organized. The role also involves handling guest requests, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, processing payments, and following safety, hygiene, and company service standards. Service Crew members are expected to work as part of a team, support colleagues during busy periods, and contribute to a positive, respectful, and guest-focused atmosphere. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and build positive rapport with guests. • Candidates should possess basic food and beverage service skills, such as menu knowledge, order taking, serving, and an understanding of hygiene and safety practices. • Candidates should possess teamwork and collaboration skills, including the ability to coordinate with front-of-house and back-of-house staff and support colleagues as needed. • Candidates should possess problem-solving and adaptability skills, including the ability to handle guest concerns calmly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills, including maintaining a clean workstation, managing multiple tables, and prioritizing tasks during peak hours. • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is beneficial but not mandatory; willingness to learn and a positive, guest-focused attitude are essential. • Basic numeracy skills and comfort using point-of-sale systems are beneficial for handling orders and payments accurately. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in line with restaurant operations in the Riyadh Region.
