Sales Manager – Interior Design & Fit-Out

Deutsches Haus is a premium interior design and fit-out company in Dubai, delivering homes from design concept to turnkey handover. Completed projects in Harbour Views, Creek Gate, Creek Rise and Emaar Beachfront. German approach to quality, deadlines and transparency. THE ROLE You bring new projects to the company: turnkey renovation, interior design, furnishing, handover inspections and property care. The result of the role is signed contracts. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Build lead flow: brokers and agencies, advertising and Instagram, owners of newly handed-over units, repeat clients • Visit sites and prepare commercial proposals together with the Managing Partner • Negotiate and sign contracts, then hand projects over to the delivery team • Grow a referral network with brokers WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR • 2+ years in sales in renovation, interior design or real estate in Dubai • Your own network of brokers and clients is a strong plus • Fluent English and Russian • UAE driving licence and own car WHAT WE OFFER • Base salary AED 6,000 (up to AED 8,000 for a strong candidate) • Commission: 10% of project gross margin on clients you bring in personally, 5% on company leads you convert.
