: Senior Sales Executive – Interior Fit-outs & Design

Senior Sales Executive – Luxury Interior Fit-Out & Design Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site Industry: Luxury Interior Design | Fit-Out | Design & Build Experience: 5+ years in Saudi Arabia About FEIZO DESIGN FEIZO DESIGN is a Saudi-based luxury interior design, fit-out, and design & build studio with more than 15 years of experience delivering high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, and bespoke projects across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. We combine European design standards, Italian craftsmanship, international material sourcing, and deep regional expertise to create exceptional spaces where design, quality, and execution work as one. Our capabilities cover the complete project lifecycle — from concept and design through engineering, procurement, fit-out, bespoke furniture, materials, and final delivery. At FEIZO, we are building more than a sales team. We are building a high-performance business development culture focused on relationships, reputation, trust, and substantial projects. We are now looking for an exceptional Senior Sales Executive who understands the Saudi luxury fit-out market and has the relationships, commercial maturity, and drive to open doors and convert opportunities into major projects. ⸻ The Role As Senior Sales Executive – Luxury Interior Fit-Out & Design, you will take ownership of business development and sales from the first introduction through negotiation, contract award, and successful handover to the execution team. This is not a lead-generation or showroom sales position. We are looking for someone who can create opportunities, access decision-makers, develop trusted relationships, understand project requirements, build commercial strategies, and close high-value contracts. You will work closely with FEIZO’s Design, Engineering, Estimation, Procurement, and Project teams to ensure that opportunities are commercially viable and properly transferred into execution. Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities across Riyadh and the wider Saudi market. * Build and maintain relationships with developers, property owners, family offices, corporate executives, hospitality groups, PMCs, consultants, architects, and key decision-makers. * Develop a strong pipeline of luxury residential, commercial, hospitality, corporate, and Design & Build projects. * Generate opportunities through an established professional network as well as proactive market development. * Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions. * Understand client requirements and translate them into clear project opportunities and scopes. * Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Estimation, and Project teams to develop competitive and commercially sound proposals. * Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting → qualification → presentation → proposal → negotiation → closing → project handover. * Negotiate commercial terms and support contract closure in accordance with FEIZO standards. * Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, opportunity stages, and activity reports. * Monitor market activity, competitors, upcoming developments, tenders, and major projects. * Represent FEIZO at industry events, exhibitions, networking functions, and high-level client meetings. * Protect client confidentiality and maintain the level of discretion expected within the luxury sector. * Contribute to the development of FEIZO’s sales strategy and market expansion. ⸻ What We Are Looking For We are looking for a commercially mature sales professional, not simply someone with a sales title. Essential Experience * Minimum 5 years of proven sales / business development experience in Saudi Arabia. * Strong background in Interior Fit-Out, Design & Build, Interior Design, FF&E, Construction, or closely related sectors. * Demonstrated experience in securing and closing high-value commercial, corporate, hospitality, or luxury residential projects. * Strong understanding of the Riyadh construction, fit-out, and development ecosystem. * Existing relationships with relevant clients, developers, PMCs, consultants, architects, contractors, and decision-makers. * Proven ability to independently develop opportunities rather than relying exclusively on company-generated leads. * Strong understanding of the commercial aspects of fit-out and Design & Build projects. Commercial & Personal Skills * Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. * Strong executive-level presentation and interpersonal skills. * Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives, owners, developers, and senior decision-makers. * Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project profitability. * Ability to read a project beyond the brief and identify the real business opportunity. * Strong follow-up, persistence, organization, and pipeline discipline. * Ability to manage several opportunities simultaneously without losing attention to detail. * Professional appearance, presence, and communication style appropriate for the luxury market. * High level of integrity, discretion, accountability, and ownership. Language * Fluent English is required. * Arabic is a strong advantage. Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience and a strong commercial track record will be considered. ⸻ What Will Set You Apart We will give particular consideration to candidates who can demonstrate: * A strong existing network in Riyadh. * Direct access to decision-makers and project owners. * Previous experience selling large-scale fit-out or Design & Build projects. * A documented record of closed projects and achieved sales targets. * Experience with luxury residential, hospitality, corporate, commercial, or government-related projects. * Strong relationships with developers, PMCs, consultants, architects, and major corporate organizations. * The ability to open new accounts and create business where there was no previous relationship. * A genuine understanding of the luxury client experience, not only construction sales. ⸻ Performance Expectations Success in this role will be measured by business generated and contracts closed, not simply the number of meetings or calls. Key performance indicators include: * Qualified sales pipeline generated. * New strategic accounts developed. * Value of proposals submitted. * Conversion rate. * Contract value secured. * Gross margin quality of secured projects. * Achievement of agreed sales targets. * Strength and quality of client relationships. * Successful handover of awarded projects to the execution team. ⸻
