Customer Service Ambassador

The Customer Service Ambassador is the first point of contact for customers entering SACO stores. The role welcomes customers, identifies their needs, escorts them to the appropriate department, and hands them over to the responsible Sales Associate to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Responsibilities • Welcome every customer entering the store. • Identify customer needs. • Escort customers to the appropriate department. • Introduce customers to the responsible Sales Associate. • Ensure proper handover before leaving. • Support elderly customers and customers with disabilities • . Coordinate with sales staff and supervisors • . Maintain a professional appearance and welcoming entrance. • Answer customer inquiries regarding departments and services. • Perform additional customer service duties assigned by management.
