Senior Specialist – Insurance Management

Job Purpose: Implement Lead group-wide insurance and risk-transfer programs, securing comprehensive and cost-effective protection for RSG assets, projects, operations, and liabilities. Job Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities • Implement and maintain the group insurance framework across construction, operational, and corporate risks. • Implement placement, negotiation, renewal, and optimization of insurance coverage. • Implement broker, insurer, loss-adjuster, and valuation relationships. • Implement insurance requirements for contracts, projects, financing, acquisitions, and joint ventures. • Implement claims from notification through assessment, recovery, and closure. • Implement insured values, exposures, counterparty compliance, and lender requirements. • Implement insurance budgets, premium allocations, recharges, and total cost of risk. • Implement insurance performance, claims trends, coverage adequacy, and emerging risks Self-Management Responsibilities • Execute agreed objectives by planning assigned work, tracking progress, and updating the reporting manager on achievements and risks. • Maintain a development plan and build required technical and behavioral capabilities. • Apply feedback to improve the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of assigned work. • Maintain current knowledge of relevant professional standards, systems, and industry practices. • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders and manage priorities to meet deadlines. • Demonstrate accountability, comply with RSG policies, and escalate issues promptly. Job Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience. Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English. Financial analysis and control. Enterprise resource planning and reporting systems. Data interpretation and problem-solving.
