Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, network protocols, and security practices is essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus. Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and internal teams, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance. Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network equipment in accordance with best practices and security standards. Monitor network performance, identify issues proactively, and implement necessary improvements to enhance reliability and security. Assist in the design and deployment of new IT infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations and system upgrades. Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Conduct regular security audits and implement measures to safeguard client data and IT assets against threats. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive IT solutions tailored to client needs. Provide training and technical support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize systems effectively.
