Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The Recruitment Specialist conducts structured interviews, evaluates candidate fit, and supports offer negotiation and onboarding activities. Daily tasks also include maintaining accurate recruitment records, building talent pipelines, collaborating with HR and business leaders, and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring practices to meet organizational goals. Qualifications • Strong recruiting and hiring skills, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. • Proficiency in interviewing techniques and candidate assessment, ensuring fair and consistent selection. • Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with stakeholders and candidates. • Experience supporting training or onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires. • Ability to work on-site in Saudi Arabia and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with HR best practices, local labor regulations, and recruitment technologies or ATS platforms. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple requisitions. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant recruitment or HR certification is an advantage.
