Migration Delivery Manager Location: Oman Work Mode: Onsite Experience: 10+ Years Job Overview We are hiring an experienced Migration Delivery Manager to lead the successful execution of a card scheme migration program. The role involves managing PMO governance, driving end-to-end migration delivery, coordinating with banking stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams, and ensuring seamless migration across card portfolios and payment platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in banking, cards, payments, and migration programs, with expertise in managing complex card migration initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Lead PMO governance and execution of the card scheme migration program. • Own the migration master plan, including workstreams, milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical paths. • Coordinate with card schemes, banks, processors, vendors, and internal teams for successful delivery. • Monitor migration performance through dashboards and provide insights on activation, spend, customer conversion, and delivery metrics. • Oversee card production, digital issuance, personalization, fulfillment, and processor integration activities. • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder communication. Required Skills & Experience • 10+ years of experience in program/project management within banking, cards, or payments domain. • Proven experience in card scheme migration projects, card portfolio optimization, and customer conversion programs. • Strong understanding of card payment ecosystem including Issuing, Authorization, Clearing & Settlement, CMS, and processor integrations. • Experience managing banking/payment product launches across multiple markets. • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills. • PMP or similar project management certification preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
