Cards Product Manager | Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Cards Product Manager to join an exciting banking transformation project with a leading financial institution in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in credit card product management, portfolio growth, loyalty programs, and new card product launches. 📍 Location: Kuwait 📅 Contract: 12 months (extendable) 💼 Experience: 8–15 years ⏳ Availability: Immediate joiners preferred Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategies to grow the credit card and SME credit card business. • Lead new card product launches, customer acquisition, and loyalty program initiatives. • Manage credit card portfolio performance, including profitability, card activation, spending, and customer retention. • Oversee card issuing platforms, digital wallets, tokenization, and payment processing readiness. • Coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery. Required Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of experience in cards product and portfolio management, preferably with experience leading a cards business. • Proven experience in launching credit card products and managing loyalty programs. • Strong knowledge of card issuing, card management systems, and payment processing. • Experience managing complex card upgrade or migration projects. • Good understanding of the Kuwait cards market, loyalty landscape, and regulatory requirements. • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. • Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage. 📩 Interested or know someone suitable?
