Sales Specialist - Laboratory & Life Science Solutions

Location: Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam, Saudi Arabia (one field-based role in each city) Companies: Sciences & Supply Limited (SSL) and Paradigm Arabia Trading Company About us Sciences & Supply Limited (SSL) and Paradigm Arabia are Riyadh-based, SFDA-licensed suppliers of laboratory reagents, diagnostics and life-science equipment. SSL is ISO 13485:2016 certified. Since 2018 we have served Ministry of Health and NUPCO channels, private hospitals, research centres, private laboratories, and food and pharmaceutical manufacturers across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Read this before you apply This is not a role where you inherit a ready-made client list or sell a single brand. You will carry a broad portfolio from several international manufacturers, learn new products quickly on your own, and open doors yourself. If you have only worked with one brand and an assigned territory, ask yourself honestly whether you want to build your own book of business. If you do, you will grow faster here than almost anywhere else. What you will do • Identify and win new customers in hospitals (government and private), research centres, private laboratories, and food and pharmaceutical QC labs • Sell across microbiology, molecular biology (PCR, extraction, sequencing consumables) and analytical chemistry product lines • Build your own pipeline: research accounts, map decision makers, and plan your weekly visits • Support tenders and quotations, including NUPCO and government procurement • Give product presentations and technical discussions with lab managers and scientists • Keep your pipeline and activity up to date in our CRM What we are looking for • Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Pharmacy or a related field • Senior role: 4+ years in laboratory, diagnostics or life-science sales, with proven new-business wins • Junior role: 0-3 years of experience; fresh Saudi graduates with strong science knowledge and drive are welcome • Hands-on understanding of at least one of: microbiology, molecular biology, analytical/QC laboratory work • Experience with more than one customer segment (public, private, research or industrial) is a strong advantage • Self-motivated, organised, comfortable working independently with minimal supervision • Fluent English; Arabic is required for field roles • Based in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam, with a valid Saudi driving licence What we offer • Competitive base salary, flexible for strong candidates, plus an uncapped commission paid as collections come in, not held until year-end • Transport allowance and medical insurance • Structured product onboarding in your first 90 days • A wide portfolio that lets you sell to almost any lab you walk into • Clear growth path to Key Account and Sector Lead roles Saudi nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
