Female Receptionist / Customer Service Assistant We’re looking for a friendly, organised and responsible female receptionist to join our cake studio in Dubai Marina. Requirements: - Fluent in BOTH Arabic and English (speaking and writing) – MANDATORY. - Must have her own valid UAE visa – MANDATORY. - Good communication and organisational skills. - Friendly, professional and well-organised. Your Responsibilities: - Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages and customer enquiries. - Register, organise and follow up on customer orders. - Coordinate deliveries and track order status. - Confirm with customers that their orders have been received. - Welcome clients and assist with appointments and payments. - Ensure smooth communication between customers and our team. 📅 Working 6 days per week 📩 Interested?
