Performance Management and Value Realization • Define, track and report product KPIs covering adoption, usage, accuracy, satisfaction and time saved. • Evidence business value with corporate function owners, ensuring value is documented rather than asserted. • Identify risks, dependencies and performance gaps, implementing mitigation and improvement actions. • Contribute to business cases and investment proposals for assigned products. Product Governance and Responsible AI • Register and maintain AI use cases for assigned products within the agreed portfolio management process. • Ensure products meet Group AI, data protection, confidentiality and information security requirements, recognizing the sensitivity of executive-level data. • Work with IT GRC and Data Protection and AI Legal to address control requirements for assigned products. • Maintain clear documentation of decisions, assumptions and model or agent behavior. Stakeholder Management and Cross-Functional Delivery • Act as the day-to-day product interface for executive and corporate stakeholders. • Work with engineering, data, platform and cybersecurity teams to deliver against agreed timelines. • Consume shared platform and knowledge foundation capabilities rather than building point solutions. • Ensure alignment between technical feasibility, business objectives and delivery timelines. • Communicate progress, trade-offs and constraints clearly and credibly to senior audiences.
